The group members in the local network are involved in different kind of work mostly in social innovation in social work, and social work with health issues in the communities. Platforms that are supported by this group include:
- A Platform for Migration and Health to deepen the understanding of the importance of health for newly arrived refugees opportunities for integration and establishment on the labor market in the region in common knowledge processes with agents and stakeholders in the system.
- Social vulnerability and social work (SUSA) to study the emergence of social vulnerability and how social change can be pursued. The research is aimed to be close to the processes that create social deprivation and social injustice.
